A Sales Consultant at our store will contact you to help complete your vehicle order by selecting from the available colors, options, and accessories. You can execute this process and receive the same great results if you prefer in-dealership assistance, phone, text, and email.

No, there is no extra charge for custom ordering a vehicle. The customer and the dealer negotiate and agree upon vehicle prices at ordering. Your dealer may require a deposit to place your order.

Orders will be eligible for qualifying incentives during the order placement or at the time of final delivery, whichever is preferred.

Our team will provide you updates as we receive them from the manufacturer on where your vehicle is in the process and the estimated arrival date. We have requested our manufacturers, and they are aware of more readily available updates and transparency for our customers throughout the vehicle building process. Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, we will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale, and schedule a convenient time and location for final delivery.

Each model has a different amount of time associated with the custom build. Our team will be able to provide you with more specific details on the estimated build time once you select a model. 

As vehicles update from one model year to another, there are times when orders are accepted and times when they are closed. If you do not see your preferred vehicle here, don't hesitate to contact us for help.

We recommend that you come to see your exterior color of choice before ordering to ensure that it lives up to your expectations.

 

Our dealership would be happy to help explain your options and help you arrange financing. We recommend that our current customers whose lease contract is months from expiring consider ordering their next vehicle. Knowing the precise time when needing a new car, customers can order the car exactly how they want it ahead of time, with the option to purchase or lease the vehicle once delivered. St. Helens Auto Center will also work with your current lease term if your ordered vehicle arrives sooner or later than the lease agreement ends. 

 

Helens Auto Center is a Participating Electric Vehicle Dealer promoting the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program, which offers rebates for Oregon drivers who purchase or lease electric vehicles. DEQ designed the Program to reduce vehicle emissions by encouraging purchasing or leasing electric cars instead of gas vehicles. Eligibility requirements differ depending on which rebate you apply for and other conditions (battery capacity, base MSRP, purchase date, and household income).

If you plan carefully, your vehicle will arrive just as you sell, trade, or wrap up your lease contract. You may start considering financing or leasing your ordered vehicle during this time and applying any dealer incentives available.
